Arabic:
يُثَبِّتُ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا بِالْقَوْلِ الثَّابِتِ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ ۖ وَيُضِلُّ اللَّهُ الظَّالِمِينَ ۚ وَيَفْعَلُ اللَّهُ مَا يَشَاءُ
Urdu Translation:
اللہ ایمان والوں کو (دنیا میں بھی) ثابت قدم رکھے گا اور آخرت میں بھی (ثابت قدم رکھے گا) اور اللہ ظالموں کو گمراہ کر دے گا، اور اللہ جو چاہتا ہے کرتا ہے۔
English Translation:
“Allah keeps firm those who believe, with the firm word, in worldly life and in the Hereafter. And Allah sends astray the wrongdoers. And Allah does what He wills.” (Surah Ibrahim, 14:27)

وَحَاقَ بِآلِ فِرْعَوْنَ سُوءُ الْعَذَابِ . النَّارُ يُعْرَضُونَ عَلَيْهَا غُدُوًّا وَعَشِيًّا ۖ وَيَوْمَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ ۚ أَدْخِلُوا آلَ فِرْعَوْنَ أَشَدَّ الْعَذَابِ
Urdu Translation:
اور فرعون کے لوگوں کو برے عذاب نے آگھیرا۔ وہ صبح و شام اس آگ پر پیش کئے جاتے ہیں اور جس دن قیامت برپا ہوگی (حکم ہوگا) کہ فرعون والوں کو سخت ترین عذاب میں داخل کردو۔
English Translation:
“And there enveloped the people of Pharaoh the worst of punishment. The Fire, they are exposed to it morning and evening. And the Day the Hour appears [it will be said], ‘Make the people of Pharaoh enter the severest punishment.'” (Surah Ghafir, 40:45-46)

3. The State of the Soul After Death

Arabic:
وَلَا تَقُولُوا لِمَنْ يُقْتَلُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أَمْوَاتٌ ۚ بَلْ أَحْيَاءٌ وَلَٰكِنْ لَا تَشْعُرُونَ
Urdu Translation:
اور جو اللہ کی راہ میں مارے جائیں انہیں مردہ مت کہو، بلکہ وہ زندہ ہیں لیکن تمہیں اس کا احساس نہیں۔
English Translation:
“And do not say about those who are killed in the way of Allah, ‘They are dead.’ Rather, they are alive, but you perceive [it] not.” (Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:154)

4. The Reality of Death and Resurrection

Arabic:
قَالُوا رَبَّنَا أَمَتَّنَا اثْنَتَيْنِ وَأَحْيَيْتَنَا اثْنَتَيْنِ فَاعْتَرَفْنَا بِذُنُوبِنَا فَهَلْ إِلَىٰ خُرُوجٍ مِنْ سَبِيلٍ
Urdu Translation:
وہ کہیں گے: اے ہمارے رب! تو نے ہمیں دو مرتبہ موت دی اور دو مرتبہ زندگی بخشی، اب ہم اپنے گناہوں کا اعتراف کرتے ہیں، تو کیا (عذاب سے) نکلنے کی کوئی راہ ہے؟
English Translation:
“They will say, ‘Our Lord, You have made us die twice and given us life twice, and we have confessed our sins. So is there to an exit any way?'” (Surah Ghafir, 40:11)

5. The Return to Allah

مِنْهَا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ وَفِيهَا نُعِيدُكُمْ وَمِنْهَا نُخْرِجُكُمْ تَارَةً أُخْرَىٰ
Urdu Translation:
ہم نے تمہیں (مٹی) سے پیدا کیا، اسی میں ہم تمہیں لوٹائیں گے اور اسی سے ہم تمہیں دوبارہ نکالیں گے۔
English Translation:
“From the earth We created you, and into it We will return you, and from it We will extract you another time.” (Surah Taha, 20:55)
